These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkLogrTM software and related services provided by Tilde Technologies and Logistics ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using WorkLogrTM, you agree to these Terms.
WorkLogrTM is a workplace activity tracking software product that monitors active application usage on Windows computers and generates AI-powered summaries of work activity. It is designed for use by businesses on company-owned devices with appropriate employee disclosure.
When you purchase WorkLogrTM, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of computers specified in your plan (Starter: 3 computers; Growth: 10 computers; Business: 25 computers; Enterprise: as agreed). This licence is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually.
You may not:
WorkLogrTM is licensed for use on company-owned or company-controlled devices only. You agree to use WorkLogrTM only for lawful workplace monitoring purposes and in compliance with all applicable Nigerian laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

All plans include installation by a trained Tilde Technologies & Logistics technician. We will install WorkLogrTM on the agreed number of computers at a mutually convenient time. Remote helpdesk support is available via email and WhatsApp for the duration of your licence.
We reserve the right to refuse installation if we have reason to believe the software will be used for unlawful purposes.
Payment for WorkLogrTM is made annually in advance via Paystack on our website. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Licences are not refundable once installation has been completed.
If payment is not received, your licence will expire at the end of the current term and WorkLogrTM will cease to generate summaries on the relevant devices, though existing log data will remain accessible.
Activity data collected by WorkLogrTM is stored locally on your own devices. We do not access, store, or control this data except as described in our Privacy Policy. When you generate a summary, a portion of the log data is transmitted to our AI summarisation service for processing. This data is not retained by the AI service after the summary is generated.
You own all data collected by WorkLogrTM on your devices. We make no claim to it.
WorkLogrTM is provided as a tool to support workplace management decisions. It does not guarantee complete or error-free capture of all work activity. Summaries are generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tilde Technologies and Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WorkLogrTM, including employment disputes, legal proceedings, or business decisions made on the basis of WorkLogrTM summaries.
WorkLogrTM and all associated software, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Tilde Technologies and Logistics. "WorkLogrTM" is a product name of Tilde Technologies and Logistics. Unauthorised use of this name or the software is prohibited.
We may terminate or suspend your licence if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your licence at any time by discontinuing use of the software. No refunds will be issued for unused licence periods following termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of WorkLogrTM after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
