Do I need internet to use WorkLogrTM?
No. The core tracking runs entirely offline. Internet is only needed when you click Generate Summary — WorkLogrTM connects briefly to produce the AI summary, then disconnects.
Can employees see or stop WorkLogrTM?
Employees can see the small tray icon but cannot stop, pause, or uninstall WorkLogrTM without the admin password. Only the authorised manager or owner holds this password.
Is this legal in Nigeria?
Workplace monitoring of company devices is permissible in Nigeria when employees are informed that company equipment is subject to monitoring. We recommend including this in your employment contracts or staff handbook. We can provide a sample clause on request.
What happens to my data if I don't renew?
Your data stays on your own computers regardless of renewal. WorkLogrTM does not store your data on any external server at any time. If you do not renew, the software will stop generating summaries but your historical logs remain accessible on the device.
How long does installation take?
Typically 15–30 minutes per computer. A Starter plan (3 computers) is usually fully installed in under 90 minutes. We work around your business hours.
